As a transition coach, I support leaders in getting from A to B by developing the right mindset and behaviours to help further your organisation. Individuals regain clarity, focus and improve effectiveness. Typical situations include: Onboarding, promotion, intercultural assignments, post-merger integration and outplacement.

My method to supporting clients through transition is to offer a holistic approach tailored to their needs. I draw from a range of tools and concepts such as integral systemic approaches, value based personality development, MBSR, personal and organizational resilience, change of perspective, reflection and activation. Having had many years of coaching experience, I’m able to adapt to your personality and specific challenges in order to provide the best outcome.

About me
My life has always been full of changes. I am typically hired to move organizations whether it be to integrate or diverge, scale up or down, or facilitate another transition. This is what “arcum” (meaning “bow” in Latin) stands for – bridging the gap to help you get from where you are to where you want to be.
I always work in close collaboration with management and employees alike and offer a combination of external perspective to support developing strategic vision as well as hands-on implementation.
Expertise

- 20 years of international experience in local, regional and global roles
- 15 years of leadership experience – ranging from Head of HR in an international production site to Global Vice President in HQ.

Location
I’ve been fortunate enough to be exposed to several countries and cultures throughout my career. With a diverse international background, I’m able to adapt to new environments quickly in order to affect change:
- I’m originally from the Koblenz area, close to the beautiful valleys of Rhine and Mosel. I currently live in northern Bavaria.
- I spent 10 years abroad throughout Europe (England, Denmark, Czech Republic).
- My experience spans 15 years in global roles with assignments in the USA, China, Singapore and India.
